Dale Earnhardt died following a last lap crash
at the Daytona 500. Earnhardt won 76 Winston Cup races and won 7 Championships.
He was my favorite driver and my hero. NASCAR will never be the same without
him.
The following is a poem that I found and had to display it here:
When God put you on this earth, he knew what you would be. You would be the
driver of the black No. 3. Now you drive in heaven, racing for the Lord. I only
hope that God didn't put you in a Ford.
